Can we use the garden and the swimming pool?

Certainly. During your stay, you can enjoy the garden and the swimming pool. In the months of July and August, it is necessary to wear a bracelet for this. Just before your stay, our rental team will inform the reception of the neighboring hotel Palia Puerto del Sol about your arrival. You can then pick up your bracelets (completely free of charge) at the reception.

How do we get the keys when we arrive?

There’s a key box located next to the front door. About a day prior to your arrival (or as soon as we receive it from our cleaning team), we’ll send you the code for the key box. Using that code you can open the key box to take out the keys.

How does the TV work? What channels are available?

The television works with Google Chromecast®. This means you can pair your own device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) to stream to the TV. To use this feature, it’s important that your device is connected to the local Wi-Fi network. Please note: There are two Wi-Fi networks, a 2.4 GHz and a 5 GHz band. For streaming to the Google Chromecast®, you should connect your device to the 2.4 GHz network. To connect to the specific Wi-Fi network, scan the QR code on the side of the router with your device (located at the top of the cabinet in the living room). Once connected to the Wi-Fi network, you can directly stream to the Google Chromecast® using the familiar streaming icon. To display the image on the TV, it’s essential to select the correct HDMI input channel on the TV. The television itself does not provide channels, so to watch live TV and movies, you need to stream through the apps (such as Netflix, HBO, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, etc.) on your own device.

Is there WIFI and how does it work?

The apartment has its own fiber optic connection (600M/bit). Setup is easy by scanning the QR code on the side of the router. We advise you to use the default WiFi channel of 2.4Ghz, as the Google Chromecast® is set up for it.

You can contact our rental office (Incasa Properties) if you have any questions during the reservation process or during your stay in the apartment.
